A space born from the heart for the heart
Our Vision
We believe that work with kids is more than just a framework – it’s a home. A family. A safe, warm, and nurturing environment where every child and every parent feel seen, heard, and that they belong.
We operate as a mixed-age model, based on the belief that real life is multi-aged – just like in a family, young and older children grow, learn, influence, and thrive together.
Diversity is not a challenge – it is a gift.
Parent–Child–Staff Relationships: Openness, Trust & Transparency
We invite parents to be full partners in the journey – to come, stay, ask, observe, and feel. When parents feel secure – so do children.
We maintain an open, honest, and direct relationship between parents, staff, and children.
Respecting the Child – Dignity, Choice, and Listening
We do not treat children as "small people" – they are full human beings.
We respect their bodies, feelings, boundaries, and personal stories.
Play is the Way
Play is how children explore, express, learn, and blossom.
We don’t rush to "teach" – instead, we invite curiosity and authentic experience. We design a rich, open, and safe environment where each child discovers the world at their own pace.
Connecting with Nature – Inside and Out
We believe nature is healing, regulating, and educational. Children at Bloom Jai explore, observe, and learn outside every day. Nature isn’t a break from learning – it is part of it.
Independence Begins Here
Children learn by doing. That’s why our space is accessible, clear, and encourages children to choose, organize, initiate, and try – independently, yet supported.
Freedom within boundaries is key: as long as safety, health, and equipment are respected – almost anything is allowed.
Food with Love – Without Pressure
Staff are responsible for food quality – children are responsible for quantity.
We trust each child's sense of hunger and fullness, and give them space to choose.
The Body is a Tool
children are free to run, jump, roll, and move.
We encourage natural, free movement to build confidence, sensory regulation, and body awareness.
We want children to know, trust, and enjoy their bodies.
